What Our Melbourne Customers Say

Genuine feedback from real customers across Melbourne, nothing handpicked or edited. See why people trust us with their homes and businesses.

Happy Clients

Reviews You Can Actually Verify

Anyone can put nice-sounding quotes on a website. We'd rather you see reviews you can check yourself, which is why the reviews on this page are pulled directly from our Google Business Profile rather than written or selected by us.

We've been a Word of Mouth Service Award winner every year from 2014 to 2018, recognised directly by past customers rather than through paid advertising. That reputation was built one job at a time, and it's the same standard we hold ourselves to today.

What Customers Consistently Mention

While specific reviews will populate the section above once connected, a few themes come up consistently in feedback we receive: technicians turning up on time and explaining the process clearly, genuine care taken around homes with young children or pets, and carpets and floors coming back looking properly clean rather than just refreshed.

Recognition Beyond Google Reviews

Alongside customer reviews, we’ve also exhibited at the Pregnancy Babies & Children’s Expo in 2012 and the Baby & Toddler Show in 2013, both a natural fit given how much of our residential work is built around homes with babies and young children. Read more about our background on our About Us page.

Backed by a Genuine Guarantee

Good reviews matter, but we’d rather back that up with something concrete. Every service we offer is covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, so if something isn’t right, you’re not just relying on a star rating to sort it out.

Share Your Own Experience

If you’ve had a service done recently, we’d genuinely like to hear how it went. Leaving a review helps other Melbourne homeowners and businesses find a cleaning company they can trust, the same way past reviews have helped guide your own decision here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these reviews genuine?

Yes. Reviews on this page come directly from our Google Business Profile rather than being written, selected or edited by us.

Can I see reviews specific to a particular service?

Once connected, the Google Reviews section above will reflect all reviews left across every service we offer. If you’re looking for feedback on a specific service, feel free to get in touch and ask us directly.

How do I leave a review myself?

You can leave a review directly through our Google Business Profile. Use the button above, or get in touch and we can send you the direct link.

What if I had an issue with a job, does that show up here too?

Genuine reviews, including constructive feedback, are part of what makes this page trustworthy. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee exists specifically so any issue gets addressed directly with us as well, not just left as a public review.
