I am very satisfied with Saydee and her team of carpet cleaners. Yesterday (Friday 25/8) I called Saydee at 9.30am and she was able to get a husband and wife team to my investment property at 12.30pm... on the same day without charging extra for the prompt service.The couple that came to my home to clean the carpets were courteous and professional in their work. Alka and her husband who cleaned the permanent red, yellow and blue ink stained carpets did the best they can to remove as many stains as they can remove. They even removed some dark stains on my carpet which my property manager the week before when preparing the condition report had advised me that it would be impossible to remove those dark stains on the carpet. We had been renovating and just had new tiles laid across a large area. Our 22 year old carpet was heavily stained in the living room and we were coming to the disheartening decision that we would... need to recarpet. In a last ditch attempt to avert this extra cost and disruption we googled carpet cleaning services and came across crystal clean. Reading about their level of cleaning, as well as the testimonials, we decided to try them. Best decision. We were stunned with the end result and how rejuvenated hte carpet felt and looked. Surage was outstanding, friendly and very good. On the actual day he escalated his level of cleaning when he was not satisfied with his result and the job was brilliant. We recently had Crystal Clean Carpet's come out to our home to steam clean our carpet. We live in a share house with very old cream carpet that receives a large amount of foot traffic. You never know what you'll get these days and I can highly recommend Crystal Cleaning. We had our homes carpets cleaned as we have a new baby and a toddler and they were really thorough and quick but... didn't "speed through". I think an owner was there (can't remember the gentleman's name) training someone new and he made sure to train the new guy right and even made him redo a few sections. We will have them again for sure.read more

My Husband wanted to rip up the carpet and put down floating floorboards because our carpet was so bad. We had tryed other services and the do it yourself steam which looked ok for a few weeks but... the stains and grime was not gone it stays in the underlay. We live in a share house with 25-year old cream carpet which has definitely seen better days. We have had it dry-cleaned in the past and the result wasn't great, so we weren't expecting much.... However, Crystal Clean did an amazing job! All the ugly spots came out and although the carpet is still old and worn, it looks and feels fresh and clean for the first time in years. OMG, this is the second time they have saved me. My rescue puppy dogs shed hair all the time. At times I get the odd poop (rarely), pee (bit more often) and puke (not that often but usually very... colouful) - not to mention the paw tracks from outside. So the team came and refreshed my lounge suite and carpet. White lounge suite (got this before I considered having dogs) back to being presentable, I really didn't expect much from the carpet clean but I was ecstatic.Would never consider another business while these guys do such an amazing job.
